Gala Fine Art: 10 Years, 14 Artists
Gala Fine Art is a nomadic contemporary art gallery established in 2015 by director Kate Bignold, who is based in Bristol, UK. It represents an exciting group of emerging, mid-career and established British and international fine artists at art fairs, pop-up exhibitions and online.
Join us for an exciting group exhibition featuring brand new paintings by 14 of the gallery’s British and international artists to celebrate Gala Fine Art’s 10-year anniversary in 2025! The week-long showcase is being held at The Coningsby Gallery in London’s West End and will present around 50 new works for sale by Daniel Ablitt, Golnaz Afraz, Ella Carty, Serena Curmi, Kate Flood, Kate Halsall, Tom Hughes, Elaine Jones, Lucinda Metcalfe, Kate Milsom, Dan Parry-Jones, Annette Pugh, Lucy du Sautoy and Steph Smith.
All of Gala Fine Art’s artists are painters selected for their distinctive creative style and expressive approach. Whether juxtaposing painting with processes such as screen-printing, photographic transfer or collage, experimenting with unconventional painting techniques, creating work with a cinematic quality or exploring abstraction, all the artists are masters of colour.
This joyful exhibition will revolve around the 14 artists’ shared love of the beauty found in the natural landscape and the human-made environment, exploring our place within them. All welcome.
